Bilingual Leasing Agent | First Shift | Covington, KY
We are looking for a rockstar Bilingual (English/ Spanish) Leasing Agent | First Shift | Covington, KY with strong customer service and problem-solving skills to join our team. This role will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our real estate development company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents, provide property tours, and answer inquiries.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize management software’s to track project timeline, lease agreements, payments etc.
- Assist in marketing & social media presence and outreach to grow brand awareness.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment for contractors, maintenance services, and other operational expenses.
- Support reporting efforts by compiling data and providing insights to leadership.
- Assist in coordinating property inspections, maintenance request, and compliance documents.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Leasing or Retail/Sales preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 30-40 hours per week, Saturday work as needed to schedule appts.
Pay:
$15-18/hr with commission opportunities.
