Job Description:
· Reliably and efficiently operates the office front desk, lobby, conference rooms, and office calendar.
· Warmly greets all visitors, ensuring they receive appropriate support, and the proper team members are notified of their arrival.
· Creatively solves problems and maintains grace under pressure.
· Provides a wide range of administrative support including scheduling meetings and real estate closings, and engaging in phone and email communications with staff, vendors, and customers.
· Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes incoming emails to the general office inbox.
· Manages office supply inventory and orders.
· Prepares general correspondence and other documents.
· Helps to support the escrow team with light post-closing duties as needed.
