Experienced Machinist | First Shift | Walton, KY

A machinist is a person that can accurately machine parts to print, use a variety of machines and/or methods, rely on his/her skills obtained through an accredited trade school or from on-the-job experience. The tooling/fixturing we manufactures is for major automobile manufacturers’ welding lines. We design, machine, and fabricate the equipment, then integrates robotic technology. Machinists will be machining parts that are components of this tooling.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must be at least 18
  • Applicant must be able to read shop blueprints
  • Applicant must read metric measuring devices (tape measure/ruler)
  • Applicant must pass background check and drug test

Qualifications:

  • Applicant preferred to have at least an Associate’s Degree/some college/vocational degree or equivalent in machining
  • Applicant who has used Mastercam to create machining programs
  • Applicant who has a machining experience using Mazak/Okuma machines
  • Applicant who has used Mazatrol to create machining programs
  • Applicant who is capable of setting up, milling, and drilling of the bases.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-4:45pm, must be able to work overtime when needed.

Pay:

$22-30/hr paid weekly
