Machinist/Grinder | First Shift | Sharonville, OH

We are a well-established precision grinding shop, offering a stable and dynamic work environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, precision grinding services, and we are looking for an experienced OD Grinder to join us. We are seeking a skilled Machinist/OD Grinder with experience working to tight tolerances (typically .0005). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in precision grinding and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with minimal production work. Knowledge of ID grinding and/or form grinding is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate OD grinders with a focus on achieving high precision and tight tolerances.
Work with a variety of materials and part configurations.
Complete grinding projects with minimal supervision, ensuring top-quality results.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an OD Grinder.
Ability to work with tolerances of .0005.
Experience in ID grinding and/or form grinding is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
