Student Coordinator | Part Time | Cincinnati, OH
UrbaNeXt is a Christ-centered school for grades 7th-12th, that accelerates learning and prepares young people to flourish in their calling. We seek a highly organized and dedicated Student Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations and administrative functions. We are looking for someone who wants to be dedicated to our school and go above and beyond, bringing fresh ideas and creating SOPs as needed. Looking for someone flexible who is willing to jump on whatever task is needed and hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee student registration, documentation collection, and data entry in school systems.
- Manage attendance, maintain records, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Handle financial record-keeping, including tracking and processing EdChoice payments for each student.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and student records.
- Provide customer service, answer inquiries, and support families during registration and enrollment.
- Coordinate supply orders, transportation logistics, and teacher support materials.
- Facilitate communication, marketing efforts, and school-wide notifications.
- Organize meetings, schedule conferences, and maintain disciplinary and academic records.
- Assist with security monitoring and general administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to Christian values and faith-based education.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a school setting.
- Ability to create SOPs, tech savvy with experience using Adobe
- Proficiency in QuickSchools, EdChoice Scholarships, CPS/FOCUS, and Google Suite is a Plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Creative - using Canva to create marketing materials, school IDs, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Schedule:
During the school year (Fall-Spring) Monday-Friday 8am-Noon, position turns hybrid and reduced hours during the summer.
