Quality Control Lead/Admin | First Shift | Sharonville, OH
We are seeking a skilled and proactive QC Lead/Admin to join our team. This dual-role position involves leading quality control processes and supporting administrative tasks to ensure our operations meet industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong knowledge of Excel and Word, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Quality Control Processes: Establish and maintain quality control procedures, protocols, and policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct Audits and Inspections: Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve quality issues, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Document Management: Maintain and manage quality-related documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and complete records of quality control activities, inspections, and audits.
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate quality control activities with other departments and communicate quality issues and updates to management.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including preparing reports and assisting with scheduling and communication.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Previous experience in a quality control or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 5:30am-2pm
Pay:
$18.50/hr paid weekly
